“Lovely morning spent here. The pool was lovely and although there were lots of people it didn’t seem crowded. Bring a towel or even better a robe as it was cold when you got out. Flip flops a must. There are 3 entrances so please look for the one that says redeem online tickets. We got caught out and stood in 2 separate queues before we got the right one. I would say the Hungarians are not the most helpful not rude but just not helpful. I struggled with the communication aspects and I’m sorry to say relied on google translate. Definitely worth the effort”

“the Baths are great and we really enjoyed them. also the natural steam room was great. what we did not enjoy is pre-booking this experience. You have the same line as the people who have not pre-booked. We waited roughly 25m to get while large groups bought their tickets. Honestly it makes more sense to buy it on premise as there is no limit for people who can enter (at least it seemed for us like that as it was crowded like the queue).”

“IMPORTANT - the pickup is NOT at your downtown Hotel! Even though the instructions say it is. It is false advertising! We were at the Radisson and had to walk to bus stop #3 to get the bus tour. The guide Addi was wonderful. The guide explained that it is unlawful for buses to drive the streets downtown. The tour itself was wonderful! Addi was professional, funny, witty and knowledgeable about the tour, Iceland, the language and he had us all laughing quite often. He's truly an asset to the "NICE tour bus company."”
