Cost in all was £490 I’m yet to get my refund . One man said it was because of the weather another said not enough people had booked to make it worth their while. Terrible service, unpredictable as to whether they will show up or let u know in plenty of time of cancellation. Never book book this balloon ride you could be very disappointed.”
